The data collected through the security cameras are:

  • Images captured of all the personnel that work in the facilities of Solutum de México S de RL de CV, as well as suppliers, clients and visitors.

It should be clarified that with respect to the personal data that you provide referring to third parties and that could be captured or recollected by our video surveillance equipment, it is understood that you have obtained the consent of the owner to provide or share said information. In the same way, in the case of minors and/or people in a state of interdiction or declared incapacity personal data, it is presumed that you have the legal representation provided for in the civil legislation that is applicable to you.

Purposes of the treatment for which the personal data is obtained (distinguishing those that require the consent of the owner)

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Security and surveillance of the facilities.

  • For the safety of all personnel working at the facilities of Solutum de México S de RL de CV, as well as that of customers, suppliers and visitors.

The personal data collected by the security cameras may be processed without the consent of the owner, always in respect of their rights. Having as exceptions to the data processing principles: national security, provisions of public order, public safety and health, or to protect the rights of third parties, as established in the second paragraph of article 16 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

The foregoing, as long as there is no legal impediment to the exercise of these rights, in accordance with the provisions of article 55 of the General Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Obliged Subjects.
